Assembly

Following aspects are important for the assembly of a capacitor bank :

• Sufficient ventilation
• Space for expansion
• Proper positioning of the wiring
• Modular construction

It all starts with an empty cabinet IP55 painted in RAL 7035.

The PF regulator (digital varmetric relay)  is mounted in the paneldoor. This regulator is the beating heart of the capacitor bank, because of the continuous measuring of the power factor and the switch off/on  of the capacitors. The working temperature conditions can be programmed , because of the temperature probe in the regulator.

It is also possible to provide the capacitor bank with a main protection.

Secondly  the racks are placed until the wanted capacity is reached. They are installed with an elevator, because the weight of the racks can be high by the detuned reactors on it.

The IP values are respected by incorporating switching devices who can block the door; sometimes there is also an isolating polycarbonate panel mounted.

Our capacitors can be installed in almost each other cabinet. We make plates on measure, who can be assembled in our workshop.
